If you enjoy starting your day with a delicious smoothie, you have to try the best apple smoothie which is very tasty and healthy.
There can’t be any simpler smoothie than the apple smoothie. It takes only 2 minutes to do it and you will only need a few ingredients.
Apple Smoothie Ingredients:
- Two apples
- Two glasses of milk
- Two natural yogurts
- Cinnamon powder
- Sugar (optional)
- Ice (optional)
To prepare the apple smoothie, you can use apples of the type you like, whether the sweet ones like Fuji, Reineta, Pink Lady or any other, or the most acidic Granny Smith, Golden or others. The type of apple chosen will also slightly vary the texture of the smoothie, depending on whether the pulp is more or less fleshy.
We recommend you try to prepare several smoothies with different varieties of apples to check which one you like the best. You begin the preparation of your smoothie by peeling the apples. Once we have done them, we cut them a little and we throw them in the glass of the mixer. Add two glasses of whole milk, either skimmed or semi-skimmed if you prefer.
Then you add a little yogurt, which can be normal, sweetened or sweetened. Pour some cinnamon powder to give a very rich flavor touch. Optionally we can add sugar to the mixture. We will mix all the above ingredients until we get a creamy smoothie that we can make more or less liquid as we prefer, adding more milk or more yogurt.
We serve the apple smoothie cold, by adding a couple of ice cubes in the glass, or you can add the ice even before putting the ingredients in the blender. This will make your smoothie more refreshing and it will taste better.
