We usually add milk, yogurt, cream, sugar to make the drink, and you can add crushed ice to make the smoothie even more refreshing. The possibilities of combining ingredients to make different smoothies are many.
We will begin by preparing a simple but very tasty banana smoothie, which we will prepare in a simple way in a few steps and in a short time. We will use a glass mixer to make it smoother, but if you do not have a traditional mixer or a chopper. It would be ideal to have all the ingredients very cold to get a cool smoothie.
In case you want to use crushed ice to make the drink more refreshing, add some ice in the glass and chop a little so that you can chop them a little, but not too much because in that case, the smoothie will end up being flow, which we have to avoid. Another option is to add the whole ice.
