I discovered this healthy chicken recipe many years ago, so I decided to share it with all chicken burrito lovers. The pico de gallo mix combines perfectly with the omelet and chicken and today you will learn how to prepare this simple delicious chicken meal which you can serve for lunch or dinner.
Chicken Recipe Ingredients – Chicken Burrito and Rooster Peak
⦁ 1 tablespoon of granulated chicken broth
⦁ 1 piece of skinless chicken breast
⦁ 2 teaspoons of Margarine for cooking without salt
⦁ 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
⦁ 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
⦁ 2 pieces finely chopped tomato
⦁ 2 pieces finely chopped Serrano Chili
⦁ 1 piece of lemon juice
⦁ 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
⦁ 4 pieces flour tortillas
⦁ 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise dressing
How to prepare this chicken burrito
If you want to make this healthy chicken recipe you need to follow these steps:
⦁ Melt the unsalted margarine on low heat and sauté the chicken breasts. Put the seasoning with granulated chicken broth.
⦁ For pico de gallo, mix the onion, garlic, tomato, chili, lemon juice, and pepper.
⦁ Heat the tortillas and grease each with the light mayonnaise.
⦁ Add the chicken cut into strips and finish with pico de gallo.
⦁ Wrap and serve.
