Chicken with Vegetables

For this healthy chicken recipe you will need the following:

⦁ 5 Pieces of Chicken Leg

⦁ 5 Pieces of Chicken Thigh

⦁ ½ cup of salt for marinade

⦁ 2 cups of milk for marinade

⦁ 2 cups of natural yogurt for marinade

⦁ 4 cups of flour

⦁ 1 ¾ cups of cornstarch

⦁ 1 cup of cornmeal

⦁ 2 tablespoons of salt

⦁ 1 tablespoon of paprika

⦁ one tablespoon of powdered onion

⦁ 1 tablespoon of garlic

⦁ 1 tablespoon of cilantro powder

⦁ One and a half tbs of pepper

Chicken with Vegetables: Marinade

For this healthy chicken recipe’s marinade you will need to do the following:

⦁ In a large bowl, mix the salt with 8 cups of cold water, then add the chicken, cover it and refrigerate it overnight or up to 24 hours. Furthermore, strain and pull the water. Add the yogurt and milk and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.

For the breeding

⦁ Mix all of the ingredients and place on an extended plate.

⦁ Fill a large pot in half with oil and heat it to 180 ° C.

⦁ Remove the chicken from the milk mixture and yogurt and cover with the flour without rinsing.

Fry 3 pieces of chicken at one, for 16 min. approximately. After you are done with this healthy chicken recipe, serve it on the table with vegetable salad or small baked bread.
