Ingredients for the Peach Smoothie:
- A pair of ripe peaches
- Two glasses of milk
- Two natural or peach yogurt
- Sugar (optional)
- Ice (Optional)
This time we are going to prepare a peach smoothie, for which we will use some peaches that are well ripe, so that they are very tasty and give all their flavor to the smoothie, since they are the base of the same and the richer they are, the better we are going to get the smoothie. We peel the peaches well, we remove the bone and we chop them into the glass to beat them.
We also add milk and yogurt, adjusting the amount of these ingredients if we want to have a denser or more liquid smoothie, because after all, the recipe we are doing should be according to our tastes, meaning we can add and modify the taste. If you see that you need to add some more peaches, do it without a problem. Make sure you cannot taste only milk, but the fruit too.
Add sugar if you want to sweeten the smoothie, or sweetener if you prefer to add fewer calories to it, and mix it with blender so that there is a creamy smoothie with the texture that you like. We advise adding ice cubes, whole or chopped before, to serve the peach smoothie cold, so you will be much richer and more refreshing.
