The pineapple smoothie is healthy and it is a great refresher and energy booster. The best thing about this drink is that you can make it whenever you want.

Since pineapple is available in stores in cans, you no longer have to wait for the summer period to make your own favorite smoothie. Perhaps you have another way of preparing this healthy pineapple smoothie, but we are going to show those who don’t know how to do it, the easiest way of making this refreshing drink.

Pineapple Smoothie


  • 500 grams of pineapple
  • Two glasses of milk
  • Two natural or pineapple yogurts
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Ice (Optional)


When making a pineapple smoothie we will use natural pineapple if possible. But if you do not have any you can use canned pineapple in your smoothie instead. It is always better to use a natural one since the smoothie flavor will be better, but canned pineapple will also serve you fine, in case you cannot find this fruit at the season.

You have to prepare the pineapple first, cleaning it well and chopping it. Then put the necessary amount in the glass to blend it.

Health Benefits of Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie is very healthy, rich and nutritious. Besides providing a good amount of fiber thanks to the pineapple, It is also great for our organism. We then add milk and yogurts, a couple of each, although you can modify the quantities to make the smoothie with more density or less, according to your tastes.

Mix everything well until the pineapple is crushed, and there are a creamy smoothie and texture adjusted to what we are looking for. We test it to see if it is necessary to correct the flavor with a little sugar or sweetener, in which case we will add the necessary amount until we get the flavor that satisfies us most.
